Miri Bialik was my realtor for both the sale of my condominium in Sunnyvale and the purchase of my home in Mountain-View. I was extremely satisfied with Miri's performance. She worked around my schedule, developed sale and purchase strategies and provided me with excellent value both in the sale and purchase of my home. She made herself extremely available on a moments notice to answer my questions and was present to assist in the signing process for both the sale and purchase.

She was able to sell my condominium in a period of three days, making suggestions that increased its sale price as well as providing at her expense beautiful decorative flowers arrangements that brightened my home to prospective buyers. 

She spent countless hours driving around me neighborhoods; obtaining extensive and detailed information on homes I was interested in including comparable prices that greatly facilitated the search and buying process in an insane market.

Perhaps her greatest accomplishment was obtaining a home for me and my fiancée in a very desirable area of Mountain View at less than the asking price in an insane market where buyers were forced to bid way over the asking price.  She accomplished this through a combination of charm and rapport with the sellers, negotiating skill and vigilant monitoring of the market for homes that fit my profile.  Getting this house, a livable house that we could afford and move into without having to make major repairs was a true miracle on her part.  However her surface did not stop with the sale.  She followed on my concerns with problems identified during inspections done during escrow and got the seller to resolve them to my satisfaction.   She also gave a beautiful housewarming gift and took my family out to a wonderful dinner to thank me for my patronage.
